Art on the Ave
From June through July 2023, I had the incredible honor of exhibiting two of my paintings inside the window of Apple Bank at 181st and Broadway, here in Washington Heights. The exhibit was part of a neighborhood-wide public art installation by ART ON THE AVE NYC, a community-based project that supports local artists while bringing life and color to neighborhoods. The interactive gallery highlighted artists who have produced work around the theme of “The Rise.” Click here for my artist statement that you can still see on the the exhibit website.
