Plein Air Paint Out (Summer 2022 - Fort Tryon Park)

This group pic was taken late in the day but we had a total of 20 artists participate in my first Plein Air Paint Out that I organized on the @metcloisters lawn last Saturday! Judging by the requests to ‘do it again’, artists and spectators are hungry for more events like this. I’m so pleased with how it turned out and want to thank @forttryonparktrust and @nomaanyc for the support, publicity, and for helping to make it a reality. Speaking of reality, I do wish it could have been a reality TV competition like the British show ‘Landscape Artist of the Year’ by @artistoftheyear!
