“Can you take a pic right now?” is how this painting started. It happens often when we drive up the Harlem River Drive back to Washington Heights. I’m driving and I ask my wife to snap photos for me because I see something I want to paint. This time, it was the early morning and we got a fantastic golden hour view of these familiar uptown landmarks: the Bridge Apartments, the Radio Hotel, the Highbridge Tower, and of course the Highbridge.
Original Painting (16"x8" was completed in my Luchetti Sketchbook). It's not currently for sale.
Limited edition fine art prints (16"x8") include a white border and are printed on 100% cotton paper, featuring a distinct textured surface (310 gsm; Acid, OBA, and Lignin Free). Each print is numbered and signed, limited to 50 editions.
All other sizes feature acid-free, 100% cotton rag paper with a bright white, smooth surface.
