This was not Manhattan-henge but it was a close second for sunsets to beat. Standing at Cabrini and Chittenden, I captured a couple staring at the wondrous colors above New Jersey on the other side of the Hudson River. This is part of a series of nocturne paintings which I created over two years, using gouache paint on black paper.

Original Painting (11"x14") has been sold.

Limited edition prints (11"x14") are numbered and signed, limited to 15 editions. 

All other prints feature the same acid-free, 100% cotton rag paper. 

All prints come unframed. Framed image is for illustration purposes only. Prints will be packaged carefully in protective cardboard for safe delivery.

    I love the focuse he has

    I have known Francis for many years. Our oldest boys were in school together up until 8th grade. I was so impressed when he first started sharing his artwork, I had no idea. I love the focus he has on our neighborhood. I am so happy to have the two pieces that I love. The ice cream truck and the sunset on Chittenden!
