Watercolors With Francis (In-Person, Uptown)

I had a wonderful evening painting with Francis. The small group allowed Francis to provide individual advice and insight on each of our pieces while we painted. So fun to rekindle some of my old skills from high school and college. I hope to attend some future sessions!

My husband and I took this class together for my birthday. It was really fun. We learned watercolor skills and technique and got to tap into our creativity. Really fun experience! Most people had been taking classes with Francis for a while and had some really good pieces. Highly recommend.

I've attended several of the in-person sessions. For me they are a perfect way to pick up a paint brush after decades of being too busy. to indulge myself. in anything creative I love that this is right around the corner, and that the classes are capped at 6 because of space constraints. Each attendee works on a different subject of their own choosing, but gets support on techniques and encouraging suggestions. from Francis It's the perfect antedote to the winter blahs and I look forward to future sessions.

I’m new to watercolors and learned so much at Francis’s workshop. From the basics—wet the paper!—to being encouraged to see how pigment unfolds on paper. Francis was incredibly patient, pivot-able (depending on what participants needed), and positive! I’ll definitely attend again!

Francis' watercolor classes have been a fun and enriching experience. Francis models his painting style with a helpful tutorial and then works with each student individually on their projects.
